Product Description:
This separator is widely used for degumming, desoaping and water
washing in vegetable oil continuous refining process, is one of the
best equipment for modern oil refining. Meanwhile, it is also
applicable for separating suspension liquid e.g. two liquids,
liquid and solid that have different specific gravities in such
industries as light industry, chemical, medicine and food, etc.
The separator mainly consists of inlet/outlet, drum, cover,
vertical shaft, cross shaft, stand, motor and automatic control
box, etc.

Working principle
The separated material will be input into the heart of the
separator, i.e. the drum. By the strong centrifugal force field,
the material (hybrid liquid) passes the separation partition
consists of disk string, by taking the neutral holes in disk as the
separating surface, the liquid in higher specific gravity (heavy
phase) will move outward the neutral holes along disk wall, and the
heavy residue will accumulate at the residue-settling area, and the
soap residue will flow toward the big centripetal pump. The liquid
in lower specific gravity (light phase) will move inward and upward
along disk wall, then assemble at the small centripetal pump. The
heavy and light phase will be output separately by small and big
centripetal pump.

Centrifuge Oil Water Separator competitive advantage:
1 , There are stationary centripetal pumps for heavy phase and
light phase output. Separated heavy phase and light phase are
outputted respectively by the large and small centripetal pumps
which on the top of the drum.
2 , This series of separator outfits various specific gravity rings
with different diameter, which can be selected and used according
to the density and volume of the materials.
3 , It has backpressure regulating valve. Separating effect can be
regulated by regulating backpressure.
