Dewatering
1.Introduction
The distiller's grains dehydration centrifuge produced by JUNENG is
a horizontal spiral discharge and continuously operated
sedimentation equipment. Its working principle is: the drum and the
spiral rotate at a certain differential speed in the same direction
and high speed, and the material is continuously introduced into
the inner cylinder of the conveying spiral through the feed pipe.
After acceleration, it enters the drum. Under the action of the
centrifugal force field, heavier solid substances are deposited on
the drum wall to form a sediment layer. The conveying screw
continuously pushes the deposited solids to the conical end of the
drum and discharges them out of the machine through the slag
discharge port. The lighter liquid phase forms an inner liquid
ring, which continuously overflows from the overflow port at the
large end of the drum and is discharged out of the machine through
the discharge port. This machine continuously feeds, separates,
washes, and discharges materials at full speed. It is characterized
by compact structure, continuous operation, stable operation,
strong adaptability, large production capacity, and convenient
maintenance. Suitable for separating suspensions containing solids
with particle sizes greater than 0.005mm and concentrations ranging
from 2-40%. At the same time, it is widely used in chemical, light
industry, pharmaceutical, food, environmental protection and other
industries.
2.Working principle
The suspension enters the drum through the feed pipe and the spiral
discharge port. Under the action of the centrifugal force generated
by the high-speed rotation, the solid particles with a larger
specific gravity are deposited on the inner wall of the drum, and
the spiral blades that move relative to the drum continuously move
.The solid particles deposited on the inner wall of the drum are
scraped and pushed out of the slag discharge port.The separated
clear liquid flows out of the drum through the opening of the
liquid layer regulating plate. The relative movement between the
screw and the drum, that is, the differential speed is realized by
the differential, and its size is controlled by the auxiliary
motor.

4.Product structure
The centrifuge is a countercurrent horizontal spiral discharge
sedimentation centrifuge for sludge dewatering. The main engine is
composed of drum (stainless steel 2205), screw (stainless steel
2205+316L) and differential system. The differential speed is
automatically fed back and adjusted according to the load change,
and the pushing power is automatically compensated to ensure the
constant dryness of the solid slag and get a drier solid slag.
It is poured by an integral centrifuge, and then processed by
precision turning after solution treatment. The solid phase slag
discharge port is equipped with replaceable tungsten carbide
wear-resistant bushing. The inner wall of the centrifuge drum is
welded with anti-skid wear-resistant strips to prevent the solid
particles from tangential rotation and wear on the inner wall of
the drum.
5.Advantages of Juneng Decanter Centrifuge
1)Rotation speed of distiller's grains dewatering centrifuge:
Generally, distiller's grains dewatering centrifuge should be above
3000 revolutions. The higher the rotation speed, the higher the
separation factor of distiller's grains dewatering centrifuge, and
the better the separation effect.
2)Material of distiller's grains dehydration centrifuges: Different
materials have different physical and chemical indicators such as
wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Foreign distiller's
grains dehydration centrifuges are generally made of 304L or duplex
stainless steel, and the abrasion components must be made of
ceramic composite materials.
3)Differential control of distiller's grains dehydration centrifuges:
Different differentials have different control accuracy, and there
is a significant difference in service life and maintenance costs.
The higher the differential accuracy, the better the adaptability
to materials. Therefore, it is advisable to select equipment with
high differential accuracy.
4)Length to diameter ratio: The larger the length to diameter ratio
of the distiller's grains dehydration centrifuge, the greater its
processing capacity, and the lower its moisture content.
5)Control system: Whether it is automatic programming control.
Currently, domestic and foreign equipment manufacturers have
basically achieved full automatic control of the equipment.
6)Installation power: It affects the control of energy consumption.
Generally, domestic equipment has a high energy consumption ratio,
while foreign equipment has a low energy consumption ratio.
7)Processing and manufacturing technology: The distiller's grains
dehydration centrifuge is a separation equipment with high
precision processing requirements. Enterprises that do not have
precision processing capabilities produce products with high
maintenance rates and limited processing capabilities.
