The ZX filter (diatomaceous earth filter) is a precision filtration

The characteristic of this filter is that the bottom slag discharge
mechanism of the filter is a door type opening and closing slag
discharge mechanism that is equivalent to the bottom slag discharge
port of the filter. Overcoming the shortcomings of the original
valve type slag discharge mechanism with small diameter and the
inability to set bottom filter screens and insulation jackets. Not
only does it have a large slag discharge area, smooth slag
discharge without dead corners, no clogging of the slag discharge

Overview of filtration principle
The equipment has a unique structure, using a plum blossom shaped
filter element as the skeleton and covered with a filter cloth. You
can choose the corresponding filter cloth or add appropriate filter
aids according to different materials, which can filter out various
small particles in the liquid. During slag removal, compressed air
or compressed nitrogen is injected into the middle of the filter
element to blow back, causing the filter cloth to expand from a
folded shape to a cylindrical shape, completely peeling off the
filter cake on the surface of the filter cloth, thus completing the
rapid slag removal process
Filter structure
The filter is mainly composed of a filtering tank body, filter
element, slag discharge mechanism, cover lifting mechanism, etc
a. Filter tank body
The filter tank is connected by the cylinder and the top cover with
quick opening bolts to form a closed container. The flange between
the top cover and the tank body is sealed with a rectangular rubber
gasket, and the inside of the filter tank body is composed of a
filter element and a liquid collection pipe.
b. Filter element
The filter element is the main working component of the filter
machine. The filter element is composed of an outer filter bag and
an inner filter tube. The middle part is the filtrate flow channel,
the lower part of the filter element is the filtrate collection
chamber, and the upper part is the connection joint between the
filter element and the collection pipe
