Product description
DHNZ360 disc separator is a high-speed rotating precision
separation equipment, with a conical disc bundle installed inside
the drum. The separated non viscous liquid flows at high speed
within such a small disc gap, achieving laminar flow and achieving
good separation effect for materials with different specific
gravity (liquid solid)
Working principle
The separated material is fed into the heart part of the machine,
which is the inner part of the drum. Under strong centrifugal
force, the material passes through a group of disc bundles for
separation, with the neutral hole of the disc as the interface. The
liquid with higher specific gravity moves outward along the disc
wall towards the neutral hole, where heavy slag accumulates in the
sediment area, and the heavy phase flows towards the centripetal
pump; The liquid with a smaller specific gravity moves along the
disc wall towards the neutral hole and converges to the lower
centripetal pump. The light and heavy phases are output by the
lower centripetal pump and the upper centripetal pump respectively;

Main Features
1. Aopts an outer ring valve type automatic slag discharge, and its
slag discharge action is automatically controlled by PLC. It can
implement regular and quantitative slag discharge according to the
setting requirements without stopping feeding. It has a high degree
of automation, strong adaptability to process adjustment,
convenient adjustment, and can achieve satisfactory separation
effect.
2. Both the upper and lower covers have flushing water connections,
and the flushing water is controlled through an electromagnetic
valve. The flushing time is set by the PLC.
3. The surface of the disc, the inner cone surface of the drum
cover, and the inner cone surface of the large piston are polished
with a polishing accuracy of Ra<0.4um. The outer surface of the
equipment is treated with a matte finish, and all welds on the
upper and lower machine covers are polished smooth with Ra<1.6um
to prevent adhesion of slag phases.
4. The material inlet and outlet are in the form of flanges,
equipped with stainless steel soft connections. There are mirrors
on the inlet and outlet pipelines, and the light and heavy phase
outlets are equipped with pressure gauges, manual pressure
regulating valves, and sampling ports.
5. The material of the drum body, drum cover, and large piston is
high-strength stainless steel, and the locking ring is
high-strength chrome nickel stainless steel.
6. The parts in contact with materials such as the disc, inlet and
outlet, and cover are all made of 316L material.
7. The base is made of high-strength cast iron, and the surface of
the body is treated with high-temperature baking paint.
8. The sealing ring material in contact with the material is
silicone (provide hygiene proof)
