Product Description

The DPF series starch separator of our company is mainly composed of body,drive system upright post listing system and bowl.

1.Machine dody

The body is consist of rotary cantalever,upright post and bottom seat. The hydraulic lifting system is designed in the upright post.

2.Drive system

It’s very convenient to listing the whole frame and bowl system through this lifting system and it can be rotated 360°, make clean the bowl and replace the nozzle easily.

3.The bowl

The bowl is a heart of separator, all that we need to process is finished in this highly rotating bowl system. It is composed of bowl, bowl cover, seal ring, disk support, disk and 30 nozzles, etc. Each part on the bowl is the key of separator, the key parts processed by numerical control machine and all controlled by the strict quality assurance system. After precision assemble of these parts, then do the dynamic balance test.
