Juneng DPFX series nozzle separator is a kind of continuous
discharge separator. It features of high speed, high precision and
high efficiency.
Outside of the bowl wall, several nozzles are installed. Under the
centrifugal force formed by high rotation speed of bowl, insoluble
solids which deposit in the sediment chamber will be discharged out
continuously.
DPFX series separator is suitable for solid-liquid two phase
separation and concentration which with high solid content
(max.20%),such as fermentation liquor, alga, kaolinic and so on.

4.Performance characteristics and application scope of separator
(1)All parts in contact with materials are made of high-grade
stainless steel, which can effectively reduce the corrosion of the
separated materials and the surface of the parts in contact, and
meet the requirements of food hygiene. The separated light phase
material is output by the centripetal pump, and the maximum output
pressure can reach 0.3MPa. The machine adopts the form of upper
feeding and has low requirements for the inlet pressure of
materials.
(2)Drive the motor to the rated speed with the frequency converter,
and drive the motor to run slowly and stably.
(3)The slag discharge action of the sliding piston is automatically
controlled by computer program and PLC, which can realize partial
slag discharge and full slag discharge. The amount of partial slag
discharge can be adjusted, the degree of automation is high, the
adaptability to process adjustment is strong, the adjustment is
convenient, and the operation labor intensity of workers can be
greatly reduced.
