1.Product introduction

WYB series horizontal plate pressure filter is an efficient, energy saving solid-liquid separation equipment of enclosed operation type. It is widely employed in industries such as chemical engineering, petroleum, foodstuff and pharmaceutical, etc.

Additivesand intermediate and high pressurepolyethylene, etc.

 (2) Dry, semidry cake and clean filtrate recovery.  (3)Food
industries: Syrups, edible oils,decolour,dewaxing, degrease. 

5.Our company

Our company has a special quality assurance system, which is composed of quality assurance engineers and special line principals. From the beginning of raw materials entering the factory, check at all levels, require raw materials to provide quality certificates and product certificates, and the local supervision and inspection department shall assist in checking (stop point). In the process of cold work and metal processing, there are welding inspection, cold inspection, metal processing and other inspections. Class a welds are accompanied by product welding test plates and mechanical property tests. Important welds shall also be subject to nondestructive testing, such as X-ray flaw detection. After the equipment is manufactured, carry out the hydraulic non leakage test, and notify the personnel of the supervision and inspection department to arrive at the site for acceptance.

If one of the above items fails to pass the inspection, it will not be transferred in the next step. Through this means, the quality of products is effectively guaranteed.
