1.Product Description
The three-phase horizontal scroll discharge decanter centrifuge
uses the centrifugal sedimentation principle to continuously
separate the solid-liquid-liquid suspension. The centrifuge can not
only realize the solid-liquid separation, but also separate the
liquid with different specific gravity.
The machine is a continuous and efficient solid-liquid-liquid
separation equipment. It has a wide range of applications and good
adaptability to materials. It can be widely used in industrial
departments such as food waste, gutter oil, chemical industry,
light industry, food, papermaking and mining.

3.Characteristics
The discharge structure of separating liquid phase of three-phase
centrifuge generally adopts two ways, namely gravity discharge and
built-in centripetal pump. The traditional centrifuge adopts
gravity discharge structure for separating liquid phase. When
adjusting the liquid layer, the liquid layer adjustment plate needs
to be replaced, which is time-consuming and laborious, the
adjustment accuracy is not easy to grasp, and the separation effect
is poor.
Our centrifuge adopts centripetal pump with extrusion structure, adopts on-line
adjustment without shutdown, and the light phase is discharged by
gravity. The heavy phase is discharged under pressure by
centripetal pump, and the light phase is discharged by overflow
gravity. The structure can greatly improve the yield of oil
extracted from kitchen waste and obtain better economic benefits.
3.Main parts
3.1 Drum
Super 2205 duplex stainless steel, with overall centrifugal pouring and ultra-high
strength, provides a separation factor close to 3000G for the
centrifuge and improves the recovery of oil phase and solid phase
of the separation liquid. It is mainly composed of straight section
drum, cone section drum, large and small end caps, etc. Slag
discharge openings are evenly distributed on the 360 °
circumference of the drum in the cone section, and a portable
cemented carbide wear sleeve is equipped to avoid direct contact
between solid materials and the drum, thus damaging the drum.
3.2 Scroll
The core tube is 2205 duplex stainless steel, the blade is SUS316L, the blade surface is
polished, the unique cloth mouth of Juneng spiral, and the square
replaceable ceramic sleeve is adopted to ensure the freshness of
the cloth and no material accumulation.
