Product Description:
DHZ550E Disk separator is widely used for such process as
degumming, de-soaping and water washing for the continuous refining
vegetable oil, is one of the best devices for modern oil refining.
Meanwhile, depending on different users’ requirements, it is also
applicable for separating two liquids, liquid and solid that have
different specific gravities in such industries as light industry,
chemical, medicine and food, etc.
The drum of disc centrifuge has a set of disc-shaped parts
overlapped with each other. It is an important component of disc
centrifuge - disc. There is a small gap between the disc and the
disc. The suspension is added to the drum by the feeding tube
located at the center of the drum. When the suspension flows to the
gap between the discs, the solid particles settle on the disc under
the action of centrifugal force to form sediment. The sediment
slides along the disc surface and falls off the disc and
accumulates in the diameter of the drum. The separated liquid
discharges the drum at the outlet.
The main function of disc centrifuge is to shorten the settling
distance of solid particles and enlarge the settling area of the
drum. The production capacity of the separator is greatly improved
by installing discs in the drum. Solids accumulated in the drum
need to be artificially cleared or discharged from the drum through
the slag discharge mechanism when the separator shuts down.
This special design separator has the full automatic control box
which used for safety protection and equips and also been equipped
with advanced automatic vibration tester which can view vibrating
value at any time. We can make separating and discharging to the

structure, small footprint, all sealed of the inlet and discharge,
low noise, good separation. The materials of centrifuge which

used in continuous degumming, neutralizing, dewaxing, and washing
of vegetable oils .
Vegetable oil: Colza oil, cottonseed oil, Corn oil, palm oil,
soybean oil, Peanut oil, Rice oil, Sesame oil, Safflower oil and
son on.
Animal oil: fish oil and other various animal fat clarification.
