Water Well Sand Separator Description
Compared with general vegetable oil, animal oil has has its
irreplaceable unique flavor that can boost people's appetute.
Animal oil contains certain nutrition and provides very high
energy. During the dep processing in the breeding industry, the use
of separators can help oil recovery in the processing of subsidiary
materials, which not only enhances profits, but also reduces
pollution emission.
Three separation disc type separator centrifuge for animal oil
factory is mainly used in refining meat oil from animals such as
fishmeal facotry,animal oil factory, the capacity from
10t/d~600t/d.
It has advantages of high speed, smooth operating, compact
structure, small footprint, all sealed of the inlet and discharge,
low noise, good separation. The materials of centrifuge which
contact with the parts are stainless steel which meets the
requirements of food grade.
Water Well Sand Separator Principle
The separated material will be input into the heart of the
separator, i.e. the drum. By the strong centrifugal force field,
the feed passes the separation partition consists of disk string,
by taking the neutral holes in disk as the separating surface, the
liquid in higher specific gravity (heavy phase) will move outward
the neutral holes along disk wall, and the heavy residue will
accumulate at the residue-settling area, and the residue will flow
toward the big centripetal pump. The liquid in lower specific
gravity (light phase) will move inward and upward along disk wall,
then assemble at the small centripetal pump. The heavy and light
phase will be output separately by small and big centripetal pump.
