DPF445 separator is a high speed, high precision, closed and
efficient separation equipment, mainly used in starch, fermentation
liquid, algae, chemical and pharmaceutical industries, solid-liquid
two-phase separation and concentration.
All parts in contact with materials are made of advanced stainless
steel materials (or specific acid-resistant materials), which can
effectively reduce the corrosion of the separated materials and
parts in contact with the surface, meeting the requirements of food
hygiene.
The separated light phase materials are output by centripetal pump,
and the maximum output pressure can reach 0.30mpa. This machine
adopts the form of feeding, the light liquid is output by the
centripetal pump, and the requirement for the inlet pressure of the
material is low.

Application:
Each separator is a nozzle centrifuge designed for continuous
discharge of solids. It is used for classifying, concentrating and
washing solids , and for clarifying liquids that contain relatively
high solids concentrations. They are widely used in the starch
industry for processes that include primary starch separation,
gluten thickening, and middling concentration.
